Program Description

Business Techs may send SMS and MMS messages to customers and contacts regarding: appointment reminders, service notifications, account updates, customer support, and business-related notices.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Business Techs. You may receive messages related to your account, services, or other business communications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Business Techs.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and needs. Messages may be sent for appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and customer support responses.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. Business Techs does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Business Techs. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Business Techs.

Carrier Disclaimer

Business Techs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our messaging program or other reasonable means.
